The Pacific Express Deluxe room provided a clean, neat, secure, and comfortable stay, though the lack of a window made it peaceful but confusing in determining time. The room was well-illuminated for nighttime bathroom visits.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Chinatown, offering a convenient location with bustling street hawkers and close proximity to public transportation. Despite some cleanliness issues in the rooms and occasional oversights in housekeeping, the comfortable amenities like the bed, air conditioning, and pool come at a very reasonable price.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The service is top-notch with friendly staff always ready to assist. The dining experience is delightful, especially with the delicious Filipino cuisine served for breakfast. The facilities are excellent, making my stay truly memorable.
